The UK team seems more hands-on and founder-friendly than typical growth-stage VCs. However, their $715M AUM across two continents means you're not their only priority, and the Detroit-London split could create coordination issues. They're patient capital in the best sense - they understand building takes time - but that also means they might not push as hard on urgency when you need it most.
